thank you for sharing.
I feel great after taking it! I am more focused and feel more
energy….it’s worth a try!
wuld it help some one like me with depression
where did you get it and how much does it cost
My question is whether or not it can help or possibly hurt me? I had a
bilateral adrenalectomy in 2005. So does it work by suppressing adrenal
function? How exactly does it work, because from what I have read it
suppresses the steroids made by adrenals??? i also take hydrocortisone as a
replacement steroid. I know you say to ask your dr., but what dr wants to
promote herbs? I have yet to meet one.
no it’s purported is to be an adaptogenic herb, in other words it works in
both directions to return one to homeostasis. With no adrenals we assumed
you’d be on at least one corticosteroid and to be honest we are not sure it
would be of any benefit for you due to your source of cortisol etc.. being
exogenous. Hope this helps.
Yeah I get that. It’s actually part of a blend of herbs I bought for
adrenal health to see if it might help me feel better. I have a small
partial adrenal which doesn’t seem to function at all hence the
Hydrocortisone.
got it, we don’t think it would hurt, however in the absence of more
studies on it, its hard to say whether or not it would help you.
I use the berry extract I feel like it works a lot better! My focus is
amazing when I drink it. One thing I feel that is weird is that I don’t
feel like I’m growing tolerant to it. I actually feel the opposite. I feel
like the more I take the less I have to take to get the desired effect. I
do have a question though, I’ve been trying to find information on this but
it is nowhere to be found. Can a person become dependant on the herb? I
@TheMultireality *the more often I take it the less I need to get the
desired effect
we have not seen this documented anywhere, it may be best to break up your
use of it if you feel down regulatory effects.
are there any known side effects with this herb?
none that are known.
how long have you been usin the powder and what color is it is it brown or
red and hows your skin after taking it
ive been taking it for about 6 months now. i started off taking it once a
day, and slowly started taking less and less and feeling a stronger
effect. now i take it twice of once a week and i feel the effects for 3-4
days after i take it. the color of the powder is red it has no brown in it
at all.
my skin?… hmm. i never really looked at my skin but now that i think
about it. my skin hasnt been getting as ashy as it used too and i stopped
breaking out. but that might be because im 21 years old and im at the age
where i stop breaking out.
Im schisandra berry which cost me roughly £15 7 days ago i began using it.
It really works! I take it with gotu kola and i feel my cognition and
motivations to become a better person are better
“Doin’ it!” Love that shirt, haha.
Thank you
its a powerfull drug you did not do enuff research in the us and most
countrys you have to be 18 or an adult to buy in some countrys like japan
its treated like a prescription drug.
Did you watch the vid? We discussed the purported effects and discussed the
lack of published research on it. The rest of your comment does not address
the lack of research, something being a pharmaceutical in a given country
does not equate evidence. Feel free to post research that demonstrates the
effectiveness.
+BestPriceNutrition.com a lot of research has ben dun mostly in china and
japan a a few other asia country the us have ben some but most of what was
dun in the us was government funded and the findings have not ben made
public yet and I find that funny they do not show this info to the public
and that the government dus not do more research since they have a age
restriction on it. I do no thear are independent study dun but this is just
they way things are for now as its just in recent years that it becoming
more of a thing in the us before not a lot of people used it or herd of it
not like japan wear a lot of dishes use it as an ingredient.
“ben dun”? “enuff” ?
