I have wanted to grow this for the longest! If anyone knows where I can get
some plants or starts, please let me know …. Thanks :)
Love it! very clear.
How long do you soak the berries?
+Nathalie de wit An overnight soak is ideal if you are organized. That
length of time seems to get most of the tannins out. You can soak a bunch
and keep them in the refrigerator if you’d like.

Have you try find it at Horizon Herbs?
No, but I will. Thank you 🙂
Complete bullshit. Not one shred of scientific research based evidence to
support any of this. The same old con. Look behind any of these super food
scams and you will see someone pushing a product. Don’t fall for it.
+Ric Tester There is Chinese medicine bible, a compilation from the field
tests by Chinese ancestors over thousand years. The experience of millions
Chinese on its medication benefits is more scientific than a few lab tests
on white rats and hundreds of people.
I consume cocktail of Schizandra berries, goji and tongkat ali weekly. I am
50 and can testify to you that my sexual stamina is as good as my 30.
Wow…order me a pallet load
+Ric Tester Not my job,,,LOL. Besides, I follow DASH diet strictly. So, I
am not very sure the balanced diet or the cocktail is helping my health.
Anyway, I do not believe in any medical advice except I test it myself.
wonderful information! Thank you so so very much, and greatly appreciated.
I just purchased the dried berry rather taking the encapsulated. I then
took a handful of berries and using my whole grain processor powered it. I
am personally OK with the 5 tastes bitter and astringent (not a sugar lover
– a taste of sweet and sour I adore Inca berry and especially fresh eat
them by the hand full)
does it really have to be taken as a tea for the most potent benefits?
Planning on the 100 day challenge 🙂 PS love your youtube educational info
and thanks.
Gotta get my hands on some of this.
I’m ready to start my 100 days, how much do you drink every day, a cup, or
the quart?
